POSTAGE: Orders are sent through the post office as registered mail to the address and delivered within 4 to 10 days (this period depends on post and not from us).
In the case of card payment or transfer will be sent to the address given at the time of payment or transfer is verified by our bank.

MESSAGING: Orders are sent by MRW and delivered within 24/48 hours. This service is only valid for Peninsula, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar. Query sent to Balearic Islands and Canary Islands.

SHIPPING:

- POSTAGE: Shipping charges are calculated directly in the course of the order and depend on the total weight of the order.
1 .- The transmission has a fixed cost of 6.50 € uros up to a kilo of weight (for orders over a kilo see shipping rates below).
2 .- Anti-Rebate, the fixed cost of 6.50 € uros up to a kilo in weight will be added € 1.60 uros Extra by way of cash on delivery (these extra costs depend on Post Office and not from us).
The postman will deliver the package (or if you´re not home to notice lets you go to the post) and I would pay the postman the total amount (order plus shipping plus extra cash on delivery).

MESSAGING:
For the method of payment by credit card and bank transfer shipping cost is 7 € uros.
For the payment method cash on delivery shipping cost is 7 € uros and it should apply a surcharge of 3% + VAT of the total amount of purchase (postage included) with a fixed minimum 2.36 € uros.

WARRANTIES:

La Agencia Tienda responsible for their products, and ensures that all merchandising products are official groups from each group. Only be responsible for the product whose result clearly differs from that offered to the client or if you have any damage. Shall not be deemed subject to warranty items that have been assigned to a different use for which they were conceived. In any case, the guarantees cover the return of gifts or gifts. CANCELLATION OF ORDER:

An order may be canceled as long as they provide sufficient time and has not been processed for shipment. If an order is returned both by the post office as a courier service without any knowledge on our part will mean that from then that customer can only order by the method of payment in advance.
